Carson McDowell acts on behalf of Mellanox Tech on their acquisition of Titan IC
Carson McDowell is delighted to act on behalf of Mellanox Tech on their acquisition of Titan IC, which has developed pioneering technology called RXP that powers high-speed complex pattern matching and real-time internet traffic inspection for advanced cyber security and data analytics applications.
Mellanox, a Nasdaq-listed company said the acquisition of Titan IC would help it “strengthen leadership in security and data analytics” and that the Belfast company, which is headquartered in Catalyst in Titanic Quarter, will become the centre of advanced network intelligence research and development for Mellanox.
Titan IC is another successful spin-out from CSIT, demonstrating how Northern Ireland businesses are leading the way in cyber security.
