Carson McDowell was delighted to advise Diamond Trucks Limited, part of the Dublin-based Setanta Group on its acquisition of RK Trucks Limited, which is an authorised dealer for MAN trucks and Fuso trucks in Northern Ireland, with depots in Carryduff and Dungannon. The transaction completed in May 2023.
