Carson McDowell sponsors the Young Director of the Year category at the Director of the Year Awards 2022

The Institute of Directors (IOD) is the UK's largest membership organisation for business leaders, providing informative events, professional development courses for self-improvement, networking and expert advice.

On 9 December, the Institute of Directors hosted its annual ceremony in the Merchant Hotel Belfast. The ceremony is a celebration of success and leadership talent; the awards give the business community a chance to acknowledge our excellence and professionalism here in Northern Ireland.

Carson McDowell sponsored the Young Director of the Year category in which six exceptional young directors were shortlisted from a strong field.

Richard Gray, Partner and Head of the Corporate team at Carson McDowell, attended the ceremony and presented the winner of the Young Director of the Year Award, David Smith, from Kilwaughter Minerals with his award.
