Aisling is a Senior Associate in the Commercial team at Carson McDowell. She graduated with a degree in Law and Accounting from Queens University, Belfast and obtained her professional qualification from the Institute of Professional Legal Studies in 2012. Aisling is dual qualified in Northern Ireland and England and Wales.
Aisling joined Carson McDowell in November 2015 and advises both public and private sector clients on a variety of commercial matters, such as drafting and negotiating manufacturing, distribution and agency agreements, franchise agreements and sponsorship agreements. She also regularly advises on intellectual property and data protection matters.
In addition, Aisling previously worked as an in-house solicitor for a global software company and therefore has particular expertise in advising on technology and innovation related contracts, such as software development, licensing and support agreements, reseller agreements and SaaS agreements.
Aisling is recognised as a “rising star” in The Legal 500 directory and is listed as a key name for IT related matters.
