Bobbi Murtagh

Bobbi is a Solicitor within the Healthcare team at Carson McDowell.

Bobbi graduated in 2016 from King’s College London with a 2:1 in Law (LLB). She subsequently attained a Commendation in International Business Law (LLM) from Queen’s University Belfast in 2017. Bobbi worked as a Legal Professional in Baker McKenzie for approximately one year, prior to joining Carson McDowell as a paralegal in the Commercial Litigation team.

Bobbi commenced her training contract in 2020 and qualified in 2022, having obtained a Distinction from the Institute of Professional Legal Studies in Belfast. Bobbi joined the Healthcare team at Carson McDowell in June 2022 and specialises in defending clinical negligence claims, acting on behalf of medical defence organisations and insurers.
