Emma Duffy

Emma graduated with a LLB (Hons) degree in 2013 and a LLM (Hons) masters in 2015 from the University of Limerick and qualified as a solicitor with the Law Society of Ireland in 2018.
Following completion of her training contract in a Dublin based litigation practice, Emma joined Carson McDowell in February 2019 and is currently an Associate within the Healthcare team, where she specialises in defending a broad range of clinical negligence claims in our Dublin office.
