Josh graduated in May 2017 with a degree in Law and Politics (LLB) from Queen’s University, Belfast. He joined Carson McDowell in June 2021 from another leading commercial law firm in Belfast.
As a Solicitor in the Corporate team, Josh advises on a range of corporate matters including private equity and venture capital investment, M&A, corporate reorganisations and shareholder matters.
