Rebecca Ferguson

Rebecca graduated from Ulster University in 2015 with a degree in Law (LLB). Rebecca joined Carson McDowell as a paralegal in July 2015 and began her apprenticeship with the firm in September 2017.

Rebecca qualified as a solicitor in September 2019, having studied at the Institute of Professional Legal Studies where she obtained a postgraduate diploma with commendation in Professional Legal Studies.

Rebecca had a keen interest in litigation throughout her training contract and joined the Defence Insurance Litigation team as an assistant solicitor in September 2019. As part of the Defence Insurance Litigation team, Rebecca provided assistance to her colleagues in the defence of claims in both the County Court and the High Court.

Rebecca joined the Construction team at Carson McDowell in September 2020. Rebecca is involved in and assists her colleagues in non-contentious contract drafting as well as contentious construction disputes.
