Corporate Solicitor

Overview:

Requirements:

• 0-5 years PQE
• Excellent technical and written skills, and attention to detail
• The ability and willingness to work as part of a team, but also with limited supervision
• Corporate transaction experience

Responsibilities:

The Corporate team at Carson McDowell advises leading UK companies and international companies doing business in Northern Ireland, across a broad range of sectors including Technology, Energy & Renewables, Food & Agriculture, Transport & Infrastructure, Life Sciences, Manufacturing, Leisure and Hospitality and Financial Services.

We act for a diverse client base from start-ups to multinationals, through to family-run businesses, providing market-leading knowledge and specialist legal advice on all aspects of corporate transactions and corporate law matters.

The successful candidate will report to the Corporate Partners and work alongside the Corporate team to support and help grow and develop the team whilst ensuring client’s needs are met to a high standard.
