Carson McDowell advised Nuada, a Belfast-based green technology company, on a £3.4m investment by BGF.

Carson McDowell's Corporate team is delighted to have advised Nuada (formerly MOF Technologies) on a £3.4 million investment by BGF.

Nuada is a carbon capture company that strives to decarbonise hard-to-abate sectors through its next-generation carbon capture technology. Nuada deploys energy-efficient filtration machines that make carbon capture commercially viable and pave the path for zero carbon emissions in the industry. Nuada will use the investment from BGF to support the construction of a pilot project.
