Carson McDowell advises cyber security firm Rapid7

Carson McDowell is delighted to have advised US-headquartered cyber security firm Rapid7 on the letting of over 49,000 square foot of Grade A office space in the newly-refurbished Chichester House, Belfast in what is one of the biggest office transactions of the year. The new space will allow Rapid7 to rapidly upscale its Belfast workforce as its expands its growing European research and development centre.

Dawson McConkey, who advised Rapid7 on the deal said, "This was a terrific transaction to be involved with and is further proof of Belfast’s world-renowned reputation in the area of cyber security. Rapid7 have been working from Belfast for many years and this further commitment is great news for the city, where up to 200 new jobs will be created. We wish Rapid7 every success in their new home."
