Carson McDowell was pleased to act alongside Grant Thornton (NI) to advise the sellers of Kilwaughter Minerals Ltd, an innovative quarry and mineral processor, on its sale to Saint-Gobain, a leader in the design, manufacturing and distribution of materials and solutions for the construction, mobility and industrial markets.
