Carson McDowell donates £15,000 to the Kevin Bell Repatriation Trust

Carson McDowell, Northern Ireland's largest independent law firm, was proud to donate £15,000 to the Kevin Bell Repatriation Trust (KBRT), their chosen charity for 2024. This remarkable fundraising figure highlights the firm’s commitment to supporting charitable organisations that provide essential services throughout the region.

Established in 2013, the Kevin Bell Repatriation Trust is a volunteer-led, donation-funded charity that alleviates the financial hardship of bereaved families repatriating the bodies of loved ones who have died abroad in sudden or tragic circumstances back to Ireland or other home countries. Since its inception, KBRT has repatriated the bodies of over 2,041 individuals, offering crucial assistance to bereaved families during times of grief. They have helped repatriate people from countries worldwide such as Australia, Argentina, Spain, America, Thailand, Cambodia and India, to name just a few.

Colin Bell, founder and head of the Kevin Bell Repatriation Trust, expressed his gratitude for the donation:
