Notice: Discontinuation of DX Facility
From 31st October 2026, Carson McDowell will no longer be using the DX (Document Exchange) facility.
Over the years, DX has provided reliable next-day delivery for our firm. However, as we continue transitioning to reduce paper use and adopt enhanced digital communication platforms, the need for physical document exchange has significantly decreased.
By discontinuing our use of DX, we are also making a meaningful contribution to reducing the environmental impact of our operations. Digital communications streamline our processes and support our sustainability goals by reducing both paper consumption and transportation emissions.
If you are a business that still uses our DX address to correspond with us, please amend your records and send any future mail to us either electronically or via Royal Mail correspondence to our postal address:
