Andrew McWilliams

Andrew is an Associate in the Real Estate team in Carson McDowell, having joined the firm in July 2021.

Andrew graduated from Ulster University with a degree in Law (LLB honours) before completing his training contract and subsequently working within the Real Estate department at another Commercial law firm in Belfast. He qualified as a solicitor in September 2018, having studied at the Institute of Professional Legal Studies, where he obtained a postgraduate diploma in Professional Legal Studies.

Andrew assists Chris Phillips, Dawson McConkey and the Real Estate team generally with all aspects of Commercial Property transactions including acquisitions, disposals and the review of commercial leases. He has particular experience in acting on behalf of commercial landlords and tenants and residential developers.
