Lucy Megarry

Lucy is a Solicitor in the Corporate team at Carson McDowell. She graduated from the University of Dundee in 2021 with a 2:1 in English/NI/Welsh Law LLB (Hons).
Lucy joined Carson McDowell in June 2024 having completed her training contract and legal practice diploma with a general practice law firm in Belfast.
Since qualification Lucy has gained experience in a range of corporate matters including transactions such as share sales and asset sales, company reorganisations and investment rounds.
