Niall is a Partner in the Real Estate team and Head of the firm’s Licensing, Gaming and Betting sub-team.
Niall advises clients on all aspects of commercial property including acquisitions and disposals, the law of landlord and tenant and telecommunications law. He specialises in licensed premises (liquor licensing, betting and gaming) and offers effective legal solutions to his clients.
Niall speaks Spanish, French and Irish. He is a member of Cumann Chluain Árd and Phoenix Cycling Club.
