Patrycja Paszewska

Patrycja is an Associate in the Commercial team at Carson McDowell, advising on a range of commercial matters.

Patrycja graduated with a degree in Law (LLB) from Queens University, Belfast in May 2019 before joining Carson McDowell as a paralegal that year. She subsequently completed her period of apprenticeship with the firm and obtained her professional qualification from the Institute of Professional Studies in Belfast in June 2023.

Patrycja advises clients across both, the private and public sectors, on a wide variety of non-contentious commercial matters, including drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, partnership agreements, technology and software agreements, intellectual property and licensing arrangements, collaboration agreements, confidentiality and data protection.
