Sarah Dunlop
Senior Associate, Belfast
Sarah graduated with a first class honours degree (LLB) in Law from Queens University, Belfast in 2009 and subsequently obtained her professional qualifications from the Institute of Professional Legal Studies in Belfast in 2011. Sarah trained with a Belfast firm before joining Carson McDowell in January 2012.
Sarah specialises exclusively in the Planning & Environmental team at Carson McDowell and her experience includes:
- Assisting in the instigation and defence of judicial reviews of planning and environmental decisions.
- Assisting with the co-ordination of major planning inquiries.
- Providing general planning and environmental law advices.
Sarah is a member of the Environmental and Planning Law Association of Northern Ireland and a member of the UK Environmental Law Association.
The Chambers UK guide ranked Sarah as an ‘Associate to watch’, with The Legal 500 naming her as a ‘rising star’
