Victoria joined Carson McDowell in 2022 and is an Associate in the Real Estate team. Victoria qualified as a solicitor in 2020 after completing her training at the Institute of Professional Legal Studies, Queens University Belfast.
Victoria advises a broad range of clients, including investors, developers, landlords and tenants, on all aspects of commercial property transactions. Her experience covers acquisitions and disposals, commercial leasing and property finance.
Victoria also acts for residential developers from site acquisition through to disposal.
