Victoria Kinkaid

Victoria graduated from the University of Sheffield in 2018 with a degree in Law (European and International) LLB.
After completing her studies, Victoria returned to Belfast and obtained a postgraduate diploma with distinction from the Institute of Professional Legal Studies. During her traineeship, Victoria was seconded to the UK Law Societies’ Joint Brussels Office.
Victoria was admitted to the roll of Solicitors in September 2020 and joined Carson McDowell in February 2022 as a Solicitor in the Real Estate team.
Victoria acts for developers with respect to sale of new build properties and also acts for clients in the purchase and sale of residential properties.
Victoria also assists Mary-Kim Doherty and the Real Estate team in relation to all aspects of commercial property matters.
