Acted for a construction main contractor operating across the island of Ireland in an adjudication concerning an extension of time and loss and/or expense.

Acted for Belfast Harbour Commissioners in relation to the building contracts for the design and £15M re-development of the Victoria Terminal 2.

Acting for a construction and civil engineering contractor in an adjudication and arbitration relating to the construction of a renewable energy plant.

Acting for the developer of a new 175-bed aparthotel.

Defended High Court proceedings brought against a concrete frame manufacturer, with concerned a multi-million claim in relation to alleged defects.

Acted for the developer of a 213,000 sq ft mixed-use development in Belfast city centre, which saw the conservation, refurbishment and extension of a listed building, and the construction of a new 17-storey tower.
