Yvonne is a Senior Associate in the Real Estate team at Carson McDowell.
Yvonne spent several years as a paralegal before being admitted to the roll of solicitors in both Northern Ireland and England and Wales. After qualifying and practising with a top-tier firm in Belfast, Yvonne joined Carson McDowell's Real Estate team as a solicitor in July 2014.
Yvonne is involved in all aspects of real estate including landlord and tenant work, acquisitions and disposals of commercial and residential property, licensing and renewable energy.
Yvonne is a member of the Northern Ireland Commercial Property Lawyers’ Association.
