Carson McDowell is delighted to have advised Mussenden Properties Limited on the financing and certain real estate aspects of the recent acquisition of Forestside Shopping Centre, Belfast.

Mussenden Properties Limited is ultimately owned by Michael and Lesley Herbert who built up the UK’s largest KFC franchise over the past 40 years, selling the chain in 2020.
