Katherine is a Solicitor in the banking team at Carson McDowell.
Katherine graduated from Queen’s University Belfast in 2019 with a first-class honours degree in Law (LLB) and then spent two years gaining legal experience in the banking team of a national law firm prior to commencing her training contract with Carson McDowell in 2021.
She completed her solicitor examinations at the Institute of Professional Legal Studies in 2023, obtaining a distinction. She was additionally awarded the Belfast Solicitors Association Prize having placed in the top three graduating solicitors in her cohort.
She regularly assists with advising banks, alternative lenders and borrowers on a full range of banking and corporate finance transactions, including real estate finance, project finance and general corporate and intra-group lending.
