Carson McDowell delighted to support Mills & Reeve and advise the Bako team on their acquisition of Irish bakery business, James A.S. Finlay Limited who has been trading in Northern Ireland since 1976.

The integration of this business into the Bako Group will provide significant growth opportunities and new markets for Bako in Northern Ireland and beyond.
