Martin McKiernan

Martin graduated in September 2018, with a 2:1 in Law from Ulster University, following two years at Queen Mary, University of London.
Whilst at university, Martin was a member of the Washington Ireland Program, interning in DC for three months and engaging in a yearlong leadership programme.
Martin trained at another leading commercial law firm in Belfast, qualifying as a Solicitor in September 2020. Following qualification, Martin worked in a boutique human rights firm in Northern Ireland before taking up an in-house role specialising in Employment law for a large professional services organisation.
Martin joined Carson McDowell in January 2022 as a Solicitor in the Employment team advising on all areas of employment law, both contentious and non-contentious.
