We now have a vacancy within our Healthcare team for a Legal Secretary.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Producing, formatting and proofreading correspondence, contracts, and legal documents using the firm’s case management system.
  • Document management such as filing, drafting, reports, minutes.
  • Maintaining accurate digital and physical files, ensuring all case records are kept up to date.
  • Transcribing audio files and written notes.
  • Undertaking general administrative tasks.
  • Assisting in case preparation.
  • Liaising with clients, colleagues and partners.
  • Managing workload priorities to meet deadlines

This role covers a broad spectrum of administrative activities and consequently requires an individual that has initiative and the ability to operate across a diverse range of tasks.

  • Essential – Working with case management software
