Carson McDowell advised the shareholders of Robinson Quarry Masters Limited to Breedon Ireland in May 2023

Robinson Quarry Masters Limited has been in business for over 50 years, and is a leading manufacturer of quarry and concrete block products. The business is headquartered in Glenwherry, Ballymena and has a staff complement of over 30 people.

Breedon is the UK’s largest independent construction materials group. In a statement, Breedon noted that:
