Carson McDowell advises Danske Bank on £20 million sustainability-linked funding for Alpha Housing

Carson McDowell was pleased to have advised Danske Bank on certain aspects of a landmark £20 million sustainability-linked funding package provided to Alpha Housing, supporting a major programme to deliver 240 much-needed new social homes across Northern Ireland over the next five years.

The funding will enable Alpha Housing to accelerate its development programme, with the new homes comprising of a mix of general needs housing and accommodation for over 55-year-olds, delivered through a range of apartments and bungalows.

Carson McDowell advised on specific aspects of the transaction across Banking & Finance and Real Estate, with Damian McElholm, Partner in the Banking & Finance team, Richard Dickson, Partner in the Real Estate team, and Jack Turkington, Trainee Solicitor, supporting the property due diligence process and related security requirements linked to the funding package.
