Adele Patterson

Adele graduated with a degree in Law (LLB) from Queen’s University, Belfast in 2020. Adele qualified as a solicitor in October 2023 having obtained a postgraduate diploma with distinction from the Institute of Professional Legal Studies.

Before joining Carson McDowell, Adele was formerly a corporate and commercial solicitor at another Belfast commercial law firm where she gained extensive experience in the corporate legal sector.

As an Associate in the Corporate team, Adele advises on a broad range of matters including company disposals, mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganisations, private equity and venture capital investment and shareholder matters.

Adele is also a member of the Young Women’s Network which is part of Women in Business.
