Aisling Fitzsimons

Aisling is a Solicitor in the Healthcare team in Carson McDowell’s Dublin Office.

Aisling graduated from University College Cork with a degree in Law (BCL) in 2017 and was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in Ireland in 2025.

Aisling joined Carson McDowell in February 2025 where she specialises in defending private medical practitioners in a broad range of clinical negligence actions in the Circuit Court and the High Court.

Prior to joining Carson McDowell, Aisling trained with a leading Healthcare litigation firm, gaining experience in the areas of medical negligence, general litigation, family and childcare law.
