Dearbhla Wilson

Dearbhla is a Solicitor in the Corporate team at Carson McDowell.

Dearbhla graduated with a degree in Law (LLB) from Queen’s University, Belfast in 2022. Whilst studying at Queen’s University, Dearbhla joined Carson McDowell in November 2021 on a part-time basis as an administration assistant.

Following graduation, Dearbhla progressed to the role of a paralegal in June 2022 and commenced her training contract with the firm in September 2023. Dearbhla obtained her professional qualification from the Institute of Professional Legal Studies and was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in September 2025.

As a solicitor in the Corporate team, Dearbhla advises on a broad range of matters, including company disposals, mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganisations and restructures, private equity and venture capital investment, shareholder matters and charity and corporate governance.
