Dylan Toner

Dylan is a Solicitor in the Real Estate team at Carson McDowell.
Dylan graduated in 2022 with a first-class honours degree in Law (LLB) from Queen’s University Belfast before commencing his training contract with Carson McDowell later that year. He subsequently completed his traineeship with the firm and obtained his qualification with distinction from the Institute of Professional Legal Studies in June 2024.
Admitted to the Roll of Solicitors of Northern Ireland in September 2024, Dylan primarily assists and works under the supervision of the head of the team, Dawson McConkey. Dylan assists clients in numerous sectors and advises on a wide range of real estate matters from commercial property transactions to residential conveyancing.
