Emma Stephenson
Senior Associate, Belfast
Emma is a Senior Associate in the Real Estate team at Carson McDowell. She graduated with a degree in law from Queen's University, Belfast in 2012 and qualified as a Solicitor in 2014.
Having trained and qualified with another Belfast city-centre law firm, where she gained experience in all aspects of real estate, Emma joined Carson McDowell’s Real Estate department in May 2022.
Emma provides assistance to clients in a wide variety of property matters in both residential and commercial transactions, including first time buyers, the sale and purchase of residential properties, re-mortgage applications, review of commercial lease and landlord and tenant work.
Emma also deals with residential development, acting on behalf of property developers with respect to the acquisition of development sites, site assembly and subsequent sales of new build residential properties. Emma obtained a Certificate in Commercial Conveyancing from Queens University, Belfast
