Francesca McLoughlin

Francesca graduated from Trinity College Dublin with a degree in Law and German (LLB Ling. Ger) in 2017 and was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in Ireland in 2021 and the Role of Solicitors in Northern Ireland in 2025.

Francesca joined Carson McDowell in March 2025 where she specialises in defending private medical practitioners in a broad range of clinical negligence actions in the Circuit Court and the High Court.

Prior to joining Carson McDowell, Francesca worked in leading Plaintiff and Defendant litigation firms, gaining experience in the areas of medical negligence, personal injuries and general litigation.
