Holly Cooper

Holly is a Solicitor in our Professional Indemnity Team.

Holly graduated from Queen’s University Belfast with a Master’s in Law (MLaw) in July 2023 before joining Carson McDowell as a paralegal in the Risk and Compliance team. Holly commenced her training contract with the firm in September 2024. She completed her period of apprenticeship and obtained a postgraduate Diploma with Distinction from the Institute of Professional Legal Studies, Belfast.

Holly qualified as a solicitor in September 2026 within Carson McDowell’s Professional Indemnity team. She works closely with her colleagues Timothy Cockram, Gillian Greenfield, and Rebecca Kelly. Holly assists on a broad range of matters, including defending professional indemnity claims on behalf of solicitors, valuers, architects, engineers, accountants, and other professionals and their insurers.
