Lyndsey Watt

Lyndsey is a Solicitor in the Corporate team at Carson McDowell.

Lyndsey graduated with a degree in Law (LLB) from Queen’s University, Belfast in 2021 and joined Carson McDowell as a trainee solicitor in September 2021. Lyndsey qualified as a solicitor in October 2023 having completed her period of apprenticeship within the firm and having obtained a postgraduate diploma with distinction from the Institute of Professional Legal Studies, Belfast in 2023.

As a Solicitor in the Corporate team, Lyndsey advises on a broad range of matters including corporate transactions (such as mergers and acquisitions and disposals), corporate reorganisations, corporate governance, private equity and venture capital investment and shareholder matters.
