Lynsey Henderson

Lynsey is a Senior Associate in the Corporate department at Carson McDowell.

Lynsey graduated from the University of Ulster with a 2:1 in Law with Criminology before continuing her professional studies at the Institute of Professional Legal Studies. She qualified as a solicitor in 2019.

Before joining Carson McDowell, Lynsey was formerly a corporate and commercial solicitor at another Belfast City Centre law firm where she gained extensive experience in the corporate legal sector.

As a Senior Associate in the Corporate team, Lynsey advises on a wide range of matters including company disposals, mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganisations and restructures, shareholder matters, private equity and venture capital investment.

Lynsey is qualified as a solicitor in both Northern Ireland as well as England and Wales and is a member of Women in Business.
