Megan Bell

Megan graduated with first-class honours in Common and Civil Law (LLB) with French from Queen’s University Belfast in 2023.

As part of her degree, she spent a year studying law at Université Capitole 1 in Toulouse, France.

Megan commenced her training contract with Carson McDowell in 2023. She obtained her postgraduate diploma from the Institute of Professional Legal Studies with distinction and qualified as a solicitor in the firm in 2025.

Since qualifying, Megan has advised on a range of corporate transactions, including company mergers, acquisitions, and disposals. Megan has assisted with company reorganisations as well as advised on different aspects of corporate governance.
