Neil McCracken

Neil is an Associate in the Real Estate team at Carson McDowell.

He graduated in June 2016 with a degree in Law with Politics (LLB) from Queen’s University, Belfast. Post-graduation, Neil worked as a legal professional at a global law firm based in Belfast.

Neil qualified as a solicitor in September 2021, after obtaining a postgraduate diploma with distinction from the Institute of Professional Legal Studies, Belfast.

Neil primarily assists Dawson McConkey and Richard Dickson with all aspects of commercial property transactions to include acquisitions, disposals together with the law of Landlord and Tenant, and also acts for clients in the purchase and sale of residential property.

In addition to the above, Neil assists Niall Hargan with transactions involving licensed premises and specifically liquor licensing applications.
