Oonagh Monaghan

Oonagh is an Associate in the Real Estate department in Carson McDowell. She is qualified as a solicitor in Northern Ireland, England, Wales and New South Wales, Australia.

Oonagh graduated with a law degree from Queen’s University Belfast in 2012 before commencing her training contract with a general practice law firm in Omagh, Co. Tyrone.

Upon qualification as a solicitor in 2014, she worked as a Real Estate solicitor in a law firm in Bangor, Co. Down.

In 2017, Oonagh moved to Sydney, Australia where she worked as a solicitor for a leading independent Australian law firm. Following her return to Ireland, Oonagh joined Carson McDowell in 2023.

Oonagh assists Emma Cooper and the wider Real Estate department with all aspects of commercial property transactions. She has particular experience acting on behalf of commercial landlords and tenants across multiple jurisdictions.
