Rebecca Kelly

Rebecca graduated from Ulster University with a degree in Law with Criminology in July 2020 and commenced her training contract with Carson McDowell in September 2021.

Rebecca qualified as a Solicitor in October 2023. She completed her period of apprenticeship and obtained a postgraduate Diploma with Distinction from the Institute of Professional Legal Studies, Belfast.

Rebecca works within Carson McDowell’s Professional Indemnity team alongside her colleagues Timothy Cockram and Gillian Greenfield.

Rebecca advises on all aspects of professional negligence disputes, acting for clients in claims involving a range of professionals to include solicitors, architects, engineers, accountants and surveyors.

She takes a responsive, proactive and diligent approach to her work and builds strong working relationships with clients throughout the course of complex and often sensitive disputes
