Carson McDowell advised the Lowe Group on the acquisitions of Abbey Design Associates (Gloucester) Limited (ADA) and of Spherica Systems Limited (Spherica).

Spherica is a highly-regarded and disruptive innovator in IoT remote monitoring technology, while the addition of ADA to the Lowe Group has contributed substantial further commercial refrigeration design and consultancy expertise to the group.

Carson McDowell was delighted to act for the Lowe Group in relation to these exciting and important strategic acquisitions.
