Dawn McKnight

Dawn is a Partner in the Corporate team at Carson McDowell and is Head of the firm’s Commercial team, non-contentious Intellectual Property team and its Technology & Cyber Security sector team.

Dawn is well experienced in advising on a broad range of commercial matters, with a specific focus on IP driven strategic partnerships and commercial contracts. As well as having niche non contentious IP expertise and Partnership law expertise, she is skilled at advising on contracts of all kinds covering the full gamut from manufacturing and distribution to supply chain, sponsorship, franchise, agency and facilities management.

Dawn became a partner in February 2010 and is a member of the Institute of Directors and the Association of Partnership Practitioners Association.

Dawn is recognised as a "leading individual" and in the "hall of fame" by The Legal 500, in which she is noted for her "strong credentials for IP contracts" and as a key name on IT contracts, hosting agreements and cybersecurity.
