We act for leading FMCG brand owner and manufacturer, SHS Group, across all aspects of its business. We advised the group on all its acquisitions over recent years, including leading brands such as Meridian Nut Butters, WKD and Sunny Jim firelighters . We also advise the group on a full range of commercial contracts, including manufacturing and logistics agreements, agency, distribution and supply agreements as well as on product labelling and liability issues. Our employment advises SHS on the full range of employment issues and policies and our real estate team deal with the group’s property portfolio.

Healthcare

We act Eakin Healthcare a leading manufacturer of medical devices on all aspects of its business. For example, we have advised the group on a number of acquisitions including the recent acquisition of Armstrong Medical a manufacturer of respiratory equipment and products. Our advice also extends to advising on the protection and commercialisation of its IP portfolio and its research and development activities.
