We are a dedicated Procurement Law team based in Northern Ireland, but advising throughout the UK. We support our clients across a wide range of procurement matters, from strategic planning and conduct of the procurement process, to resolving disputes.

The Procurement team is renowned for advising key procuring entities in both the public and utilities sectors in Northern Ireland on their compliance with procurement law including the Utilities Contracts Regulations 2016, in both non-contentious and contentious matters.

The department also acts for a large number of Northern Irish private sector bodies, particularly in the construction, defence and waste sectors, advising on tendering for, and challenges to, contracts awarded by public authorities and utilities.
