Carson McDowell delighted to have advised on Insider Media's winning Deal of the Year (in the over £10m category).

The Carson McDowell team had a terrific evening at the Insider Northern Ireland Dealmaker Awards 2024, which took place on Thursday at The Europa Hotel.

The awards highlight the breadth of expertise and excellence within the Northern Irish business community, and celebrate the achievements of businesses and advisors alike in particular investments and M&A deals across the year. The Carson McDowell team had advised on a number of the deals that had been shortlisted in the various awards category. The team were particularly delighted to have advised on the winning Deal of the Year (in the over £10m category), the acquisition of RiverRidge Holdings by Cube Infrastructure and Equitix (and exit of BGF). The team, led by Gerard Armstrong, Le-ann Campbelland Helena Park, advised the shareholders and management team on the exciting transaction, and were excited to pick up the award with Brett Ross, MD of the RiverRidge group.
