Helena Park

Helena is a Solicitor in the Corporate team at Carson McDowell.

Helena graduated with a first class honours degree in Law (LLB) from Queen’s University, Belfast in 2019 and joined Carson McDowell as a trainee in September 2019. Helena qualified as a solicitor in September 2021 having completed her period of apprenticeship within the firm and having obtained a postgraduate diploma with distinction from the Institute of Professional Legal Studies, Belfast in 2021.

Since qualification, Helena has gained experience in a range of corporate transactions, including venture capital investment rounds, advising on the sale and acquisition of companies and businesses and on a number of corporate reorganisations. Helena has assisted with due diligence and disclosure exercises for those clients during the sale or acquisition process. She also regularly advises clients in relation to shareholder disputes and corporate governance matters as well as drafting or reviewing commercial contracts.
