Richard GrayCarson McDowell acted for the shareholders of Northern Ireland's digital services firm, Neueda, in its sale to Irish business Version 1.
Founded in Belfast in 2002, Neueda has expertise in digital transformation, trading technology, data analytics, cloud services and accelerated delivery platforms.
The combined firms will have almost 2000 employees, more than 500 customers and a projected revenue of €200m, creating one of the biggest tech businesses in Northern Ireland.
Neauda chief executive Paddy O’Hagan, who will join the Version 1 executive team, said, “The acquisition is excellent news for our customers, with Version 1 and Neueda combining our technical capability across our mutual customers in Northern Ireland to continue to deliver excellent customer experiences, while tapping into the breadth of Version 1 resources and services to solve a wider variety of IT challenges and transformations.”
Carson McDowell was delighted to act for Neueda shareholders in relation to this acquisition. The team included Richard Gray, Paul McGuickin, Rosie Timoney, Helena Park, Rachel Penny, Hannah McGrath, Aisling O’Hare, James Milliken and Cathal O’Neill.
