James Milliken

James is a Solicitor in the Commercial team at Carson McDowell.
He graduated in May 2019 with a degree in Law and Politics (LLB) from Queen’s University, Belfast and began his apprenticeship at Carson McDowell that September. He qualified as a solicitor in September 2021 having obtained a postgraduate diploma with distinction from the Institute of Professional Legal Studies in Belfast.
As a Solicitor in the Commercial team, James advises on a range of commercial matters including general commercial contracts, technology and innovation, intellectual property and data protection.
